Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 Cup(s)
  • Several cups fresh chickweed, washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1–3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black or white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or other vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for several hours

Preparation

Feed these ingredients to your food processor.

Adjust proportions of each ingredient as you wish. More chickweed results in a greener, thinner sauce.
